All the products bought at www.rubiokids.com can be returned and reimbursed provided that the user contacts Enrique Rubio Polo S.L.U. using the contact section of our online shop within 24/48 hours of having received the goods and the return is done within a maximum period of 14 working days as from the date of receiving the order.

1. The user must contact Enrique Rubio Polo S.L.U. using the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or by phoning: +34 96 335 34 81, selecting the subject “Consumer Service” and indicating their intention to return the purchased product(s). The order number, the references of the returned products, the reason for the return, the pick-up address and preferred pick-up time (morning or afternoon) must be specified.
2. Enrique Rubio Polo S.L.U. will contact the user to proceed with sending the return label via e-mail and to agree on the pick-up date for the product(s) to be returned, whilst the shipment and return costs will be borne by the user.
3. It is not possible to change one product for another. If a user wishes to make a change, they must return the original product and bear the return costs and, at the same time, make a new order to purchase the desired product.
4. To ensure that a return is accepted, the products to be returned must satisfy the following requirements:
• The unwanted product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and must still have its original labelling and packaging.
• The unwanted product must be returned by using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received in order to protect the product or, failing this, in a similar protective box to ensure that the product reaches our warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
• A copy of the delivery note must be inside the package where the returned products are marked, as well as the reason for the return.
5. If the aforementioned points have been observed, Enrique Rubio Polo S.L.U. will send the user an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return and will proceed to reimburse the amount of the returned products, minus their return cost. The order dispatch costs will only be reimbursed in the event that the products are faulty or incorrect once checked and confirmed by Enrique Rubio Polo S.L.U.
6. The reimbursement on the user’s account as a result of this return will be carried out as quickly as possible as from the receipt of the products by Enrique Rubio Polo S.L.U. The reimbursement of the return will be carried out in the same way as you made the purchase. Remember that the reimbursement of the credit card always depends on your banking entity. In the event that the recipient of the products and the person who paid for the order are not the same, the reimbursement of the return amount will be carried out by Enrique Rubio Polo S.L.U. to whomever made the payment. The reimbursed amount will be the cost minus the amount of the return of the item(s) which is borne by the user.
7. If the return could not be accepted due to not complying with the conditions indicated above, the user will not be entitled to receive a reimbursement for the amounts corresponding to the returned products. Nevertheless, the user could request that the products be returned to them bearing, in this case, the new dispatch costs from the warehouses at Enrique Rubio Polo S.L.U. If the user were to reject this possibility, Enrique Rubio Polo S.L.U. will reserve the right to keep the affected products as well as the amount corresponding to them
